more about the process

  • sessions always include shooting time and a blend of film & digital images ranging from 90-180 images total depending on how many looks are desired. a prep call with sydney is planned prior to your session to walk through what is possible + map out ideal locations & wardrobe.

    ***if an indoor location is request, please allow 3 weeks to reach out to the venue/restaurant/bar. every location has different rules so be prepared for possible quotes from the venue for the session.

    ***if you’d like to request studio time, Sydney will book the studio & add the fee to the final invoice.

  • sydney uses up to 4 unique cameras, adding lots of variety to your gallery. cameras and film are chosen based on our prep call. sydney will determine what cameras will help create the desired vision.

  • Our next availability will be the following dates:

    Please, keep in mind that all weekends are reserved for weddings and events 8 hours or more. Sydney only takes on 2-3 sessions per month in 2025 so space is very limited and books up quickly.

  • Travel fees apply to all locations outside of Orlando. Travel typically include gas & one overnight stay depending on the location requested.

2 LOOKS + 2 LOCATIONS:

$4,200 USD 

the session includes two looks and two locations. one outdoor location, one studio venue. the final gallery is a blend of digital images and film scans developed locally. the average turnaround time is 7-14 business days (mon-thurs). a prep call is scheduled 2-3 weeks prior to your session to confirm the timeframe and overall feel for the session. **sydney blocks out the full day so that sessions can be scheduled around lighting & location.
