Your wedding day is an unique occasion, a moment that will never be replicated. Our approach is to treat it as such, with utmost reverence and distinction. We do not come into the day ready to imitate other couples or follow a rigid shot list. Instead, we strive to capture the essence of your individuality, allowing your relationships and personalities to radiate through every image in your gallery.
When a more composed portrait is required, couples are guided through natural, everyday actions like embracing, cuddling, walking, and kissing - rather than contrived poses. This approach fosters a relaxed and effortless atmosphere, allowing each couple's unique personalities to become the focal point.
While we acknowledge that our approach may not appeal to everyone, we appreciate those who connect with our philosophy and vision for capturing memories that truly reflect the essence of your day.

wedding day coverage includes 9 hours of coverage and two photographers. this package is recommended for your described guest count & venue type. you can also expect photography coverage for the welcome party (1.5 hours of coverage), pool party (1 hour of coverage) & rehearsal dinner (1.5 hours of coverage). four nights of lodging near the venue is required for overseas travel.

Engagement Party Details:
Fall 2025 is almost fully booked — open dates include September 26-28, October 3-5, & 10-12. Weekend dates have a minimum booking rate of $3,000.00 USD at 3 hours of coverage. Travel would be added to the final quote if locations are outside of New York City or Central Florida.
City Hall Experience:
Elopements of any kind can be booked within a 1-5 month timeframe. Elopements typically range from $1500.00-3000.00 USD depending on coverage needs and the day’s flow.

We estimate around 60-100 images per hour of coverage.
We shoot both film and digital throughout the entire day. Our galleries range from 10-15% film images vs digital. EX: If your gallery is 800 digital images, there will be around 80 film images.

We do not work off a specific shots list or directly copy from photography inspiration. Our goal is collaborate with our couples and let their vision be the focal point of our work — documenting the day how it unfolds while letting your personality shine through the images.
In the past, we’ve seen extensive shots list or over curated mood board become overwhelming to the couple & us as photographers. We want the day to run smoothly and organically. We focus our energy on creating a great timeline to capture all of the photos our clients desire, while drawing inspiration from personal elements the couple has included in the wedding experience itself.
We do, however, request a family shots list / specific requested shots list from every couple.

We shoot a mixture of digital and film throughout the day. We shoot with 4-5 high end film cameras and 2-3 high end digital cameras. ALL moments such as your first look, family portraits, ceremony, first dances, etc are always shot on digital primarily. We use film as a secondary medium throughout those moments. Film scans will be added to your final gallery within 2-3 weeks of the day itself. Digital images are set within our typical turnaround time 8-10 weeks.

Yes! Each of our quotes includes one other photographer on Sydney’s team. If your guest count exceeds 250, we commonly will add a third photographer and/or an assistant to your final invoice to accommodate the event size!
Please, know that Sydney is the primary photographer. Her team are always a second/third eyes. We always plan your photo timeline accordingly to accommodate our creative workflow.

All of our couples will have access to their very own wedding photography portal, including questionnaires, timeline calls, vision boards, etc. We like to be very involved in the timeline planning & truly get an understanding of what our couples envision for their wedding day. We have quite a few educational tools built into our client experience to help our couples understand the ins & outs of wedding photography and the roll it plays in their wedding day.

For wedding out of the country, Sydney & the team arrive in the area 24 hours prior to start time. This allows time to location scout and get aquatinted with the space. Sydney prefers to stay on or near property (within a 10-20 minute drive from the venue) so that the team is readily available if needed.
ALL TRAVEL FEES ARE INCLUDED IN THE QUOTES IN THIS PROPOSAL. THERE ARE NO HIDDEN FEES OR ADDED FEES UNLESS CHANGES ARE MADE TO THE CONTRACT.

Sydney’s team works with a variety of cameras throughout a wedding day with brands such as Leica, Hasselblad, Canon, Fuji - typically up to 10 cameras total.
Rest assured, each camera boasts a dual card slot, ensuring that your precious memories are safeguarded with a fail-safe backup.
Following the event, the images are transferred to not one, but two robust hard drives, while the original cards remain untouched throughout the editing process.

Yes, a $3500.00 deposit is due within 5 days of signing the contract. The specific date will always be listed on the contract!

Film scans are added to your gallery within 2-3 weeks of the wedding date.
Digital images are sent within 6-8 weeks for the full gallery 2025 weddings.
Our team will send out a preview gallery within the first week of the wedding with about 100 images of the weekend as a special gift from us.

Certainly! We value and respect our clients’ privacy.
We do not share your gallery with potential clients or strangers. We create a separate gallery dedicated to your vendors so they may share the images in their portfolio *if okayed by our couples (typically, these galleries do NOT include family photos, any intimate moments between you & a family member, and/or photos of children under the age of 18).
We have had the pleasure of collaborating with numerous clients who value a stronger level of confidentiality of their personal occasions. To ensure utmost privacy, we can incorporate an exclusivity clause into your contract. This clause guarantees that we will not utilize your wedding photographs for promotional purposes. However, please note that an exclusivity clause like this entails an additional charge of 25% of your total package as a 'loss of income' fee.
